Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of all services on the xbajee 4 platform. xbajee 4 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

The meanings of some key terms used in this document are clarified below:

• "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered on this platform.

2.2 Registration Process

Each user must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. xbajee 4 reserves the right to cancel an account if false or incomplete information is provided. Each individual may open only one account.

2.3 Account Verification

For security purposes, xbajee 4 reserves the right to verify the identity of users (KYC). Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete. Users must submit the required documents within a specified period after being requested to do so.

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

The user is responsible for keeping their account login credentials completely confidential. Sharing a password with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the xbajee 4 support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

xbajee 4 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity is found.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If the user themselves applies for self-exclusion.

3.3 Account Balance

Funds held in the account balance are kept in xbajee 4's secure system. Transferring or selling a balance is prohibited. The company reserves the right to correct any incorrect amount credited due to a technical error.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The payment methods currently accepted on xbajee 4 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The mobile number and account details provided at the time of deposit must be correct.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may increase if a verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

Responsibility for deposits or withdrawals made with incorrect details lies with the user. For mobile banking transactions, the relevant provider's own terms will also apply. Rocket is primarily the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — funds earned from the bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering the bonus amount 10 times.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To make this bonus withdrawable, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered. Another example: on a deposit of ৳20,200 you will receive a ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳40,200, and the wagering requirement is ৳20,000 × 10 = ৳2,00,000.

5.2 VIP Cashback

xbajee 4's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback varies by tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. This cashback is calculated based on the week's net losses.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — any unused bonus is cancelled once it expires.
• It may not be possible to add another bonus while one is already active.
• If bonus abuse or strategic betting is suspected, the account will be reviewed.
• Bonus benefits are personal and non-transferable.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on xbajee 4 are developed by recognised software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and Spribe). Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable.

6.2 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is finalised it generally cannot be changed. xbajee 4 reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error or data inconsistency. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled the bet will be automatically voided and credited back.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

A maximum payout limit may apply to certain games or betting markets. This limit is stated in the game description in advance. For unusually large wins, payment will be made after the verification process is completed.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on xbajee 4 and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating an account under a false identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits more than once.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Using another person's account or playing on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of games.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, intimidating or behaving disrespectfully toward other users.

Responsible Gaming

Changes to Terms

xbajee 4 reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified via email or through the platform before changes take effect.

Continuing to use the platform after a change to the terms will be taken to mean that the user has accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.
